Find Indiana Career Information

The Indiana Career Information System (INCIS) is an Indiana-tailored comprehensive career information delivery system. The system is presented as a public service by Encouragement Services, Inc. (ESI). INCIS includes over 500 occupational profiles, information about education and training programs, searchable scholarship sources, a variety of assessments and sorting tools, a vast career development curriculum, more than 600 practicl learning activities for classroom infusion, and more. Career Development Community

ESI, your host for the IPCN online community, also sponsors an online community that focuses on guidance assessment for college and career success. The CAPE Network community brings together users of the Career and Postsecondary Encouragement (CAPE) Network's Universal Encouragement Program and other guidance professionals in a groupsite that provides resources and support for guidance assessment and college and career planning.

Guidance Assessment System

Encouragement Services, Inc. (ESI) distributes the Universal Encouragement Program (UEP), a customizable online guidance assessment, reporting, communications, and evaluation system for students in grades 6-12, graduates, and former students. UEP assessment reports indicate student academic and career planning, preparation, interests, and risk factors. The system enables identification and communication with target groups of students about issues pertaining to academic attainment and career development.

ESI provides the system at no cost to schools and education support programs. A low-cost set of administration tools enables aggregating and disaggregating data across a group of related schools or programs.

NEW! UEP Form 3 provides an extensive follow-up survey of high school graduates and former students. Schools distribute the survey by sending a hyperlink by email. Students complete surveys online.
